Babikian Healthcare Products (BHP CJSC) is a manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality medical-grade hand sanitizers, multi-purpose sanitizing products, and anti-bacterial hand cleaning solutions for healthcare and commercial sectors. We are currently looking for an ambitious marketing specialist who is talented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a start-up environment.
Job responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization’s marketing strategy.
- Help execute marketing strategies to promote our products across different target markets and industries.
- Conduct market research and research competitors’ products and pricing
- Create engaging marketing content for various products and customers.
- Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Support the marketing team with marketing activities in various areas, including advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
- Help and coordinate participation in trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing materials and support their efforts to reach potential customers.
- Prepare marketing results report.
- Perform other duties when needed.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in Marketing.
- At least one year of direct work experience in Marketing and exposure to SMM implementation.
- Ability to think and react strategically.
- Internet and social media savvy․
- Strong verbal and written communication skills․
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
Required candidate level: Junior
